It’s been a few months since my last Nurgle miniature. I consider this army largely done, so there’s not really an impetus to push out a lot more minis. I will do some Blight Kings and Rotmire Creed at some point, but the army is very usable as-is.
The latest addition to the army is the character, Gutrot Spume. He’s a really cool character and his rules are also really fun and interesting. I love how he gives a bit of flexibility by allowing himself and a handful of other untis to deploy in reserve and appear on a board edge at the end of a movement phase. Plague ships, yo!
The mini itself was a joy to paint, with lots of cool little details, tentacles, and so on:

The orange on the shoulder looks a wee bit random in these pictures. I think the angle was a bit of an issue, as his chainmail is actually orange as well, so it’s less of a random one-off splash of colour.
As mentioned, I do have other Nurgle models that I want to do, but I’m in no rush. I also need to rebase my Harbinger of Decay as the new version of the miniature comes on a larger base. I’ll get to that eventually.
