It’s good to be back to painting Age of Sigmar! This Abhorrant Gorewarden had been sitting in pieces on my desk since last year, so one evening, I mixed some greenstuff and put him together. The next night, I painted him up:
I’m not completely delighted with him, honestly. It took me ages to find a suitable mini to represent this winged fiend in my army’s more noble style. The model I settled on does fit the look of my army, but it’s not very dynamic, is it?
The basing is also not great. I built up a hill to give it a bit of stature, but it’s ended up as a grassy mound. Oh, well. At least the wings look good!
Next up, I need to get some of the Spearhead models done, though I do have some fun characters to do, too.
