The Crypt Guard were a fantastic addition to the Flesh-eater Courts army in the new book that came out a few months ago. They were a tougher ghoul variant that gave improved ward saves to nearby characters.
Having gone with a men-at-arms theme for my Crypt Ghouls, the Crypt Guard needed to be foot knights. I found some foot knights from Highland Miniatures and set to it, completing a pair of 10-man units for now:

They look alright, I reckon. I went with similar colours to those used for my ghouls. I had intended to do more, and I probably will return to them at some point if I need more in the new edition.
Finishing these ticks a few boxes for me. First, it’s another 20 miniatures towards the total for the year. It’s also got me to a point when I feel comfortable calling my Flesh-Eater Courts a usable 2,000 point army. Finally, 10 of them are needed for my planned entry for Plastic Craic’s Spearhead Hobby Challenge and our local club’s upcoming Spearhead painting contest.
