Being back from holiday, I’ve struggled a little to work out exactly what I want to paint. I know I need to finish up some Morbheg Knights as my commitment to Plastic Craic’s Spearhead Hobby Challenge. They’re sitting on the table in front of me, resplendent in white primer with very little other progress. I’ll get to them!

There are 12 of them there, but I don’t intend to do all 12 right now. I just really want that initial 3 done, and then I can pick away at the rest.
On holiday, I wandered into Travelling Man in Newcastle and saw a couple of Dragons from the Dungeons & Lasers range. Knowing I was keen to run a monster-centric FEC list at some point, I grabbed them and I’ve just finished building them:
They need rebased onto the appropriate 130mm bases, but I just want to say how well-designed these kits are, and how stable they are on those 50mm bases. I thought they’d be very wobbly, but they’re really not at all. I’m gathering materials to put together some basing for them.
Once I’m done, I’d like to catch up with Malifaux. I’ve got the Tiri box all build and ready to go, but just haven’t gotten around to making a start as yet.
I’ve also grabbed some other malifaux minis, in for form os some wee puppet versions of the various riders. Going to give them a go once I come up with some suitably extravagant basing.
That’s where I am at the moment!
