Just popping up to share an interesting link. My wife’s little cousin has launched, as part of a marketing course, a blog on Glasgow Murals. Glasgow is a fantastic city with a rich artistic history. It’s great to see street art celebrated, and I hope that she continues with the blog beyond her assignment. It’s a rich topic with a huge amount of historic and current art to draw upon.
If she were to keep it going, there’s a lot that can be done, including covering campaigns, the people behind the street art, views of residents about this art, and more. There are opportunities to link with artistic communities and schools. This depends if it continues on, of course. I hope it does.
