Completed: Harbinger of Decay

There’s something to be said for chipping away at something bit by bit. I think that’s been the case with this miniature. When I started planning an expansion for my maggotkin of Nurgle, this was the first model that I actually started painting. I did the horse first and then deliberated a bit over the armour. I ended up going with the same turquoise and pink scheme that I used on my Glottkin and would later use on Bloab (though I actually finished Bloab before I finished the Harbinger).

Anyway, he’s done now:

I’ve loved this model for a long time. Back in 2004, this was my favourite model to be released during the Storm of Chaos. It’s cool to end up having him painting almost 2 decades later.

Next up are some Pusgoyle Blightlords and a couple of Lords of Affliction.

After finishing up the Gloomspite Gitz, we’re on to finishing up my second 2k of #maggotkinofnurgle 🙂 . #warhammer #warhammerpainting #warhammercommunity #minitok #nurgle #ageofsigmar
