Completed: Lords of Affliction

And just like that, we’re done with the current stack of Nurgley Goodness! That’s a second 2,000 points of Nurgle all done. It was satisfying, placing that last tick on my Pile of Potential page for the project:

yeah, feels good!

Following pretty much the same scheme and method as the Pusgoyle Blightlords, here is the first of my Lords of Affliction:

You’ll note that this one has a custom weapon in the form of this lovely Sylvaneth Scythe. I really liked the shape of it, and it helped to fit in with the converted Daemons that I had already completed. My mortal Maggotkin are not converted for the most part, so it was cool to fit this little conversion in.

The second model was a standard one with no attempts at a conversion or kitbash:

I love how bright these models are and I’m looking forward to painting more like this when I move on to my Slaves to Darkness or add some Putrid Blightkings to my Maggotkin.

For now, it’s time to paint something different.
