Having recently finished up a decent chunk of painting, I’ve gotten around to updating the relevant gallery pages. My Gloomspite Gitz and Maggotkin of Nurgle armies now both exceed 4,000 points. Fantastic. As a result of this, there’s a lot to see in the gallery pages.
I’m now is a position with the Maggotkin of Nurgle to field a full army of either Daemons or Mortals. There are a couple more units that I’d like to build for each side (Plague Drones and a Scrivener for the Daemons and some Putrid Blightkings and a trio of Sorcerers for the Mortals) but I’m happy with where I am for now. Here’s my Pile of Potential summary for the army, and a link to the gallery page:

The Gloomspite Gitz are in a similar position. As with the Maggotkin, I can actually field two quite distinct armies, drawing on the variety of miniatures in my collection. These are the Troggoths, whom I’ve previously enjoyed losing with in a competitive setting, and Squigs. I’ll start losing with them soon, too! As with the Maggotkin, there are additional units that I’d like to do at some point. I actually also have a whole other section of the army to do in the form of the spider boys. They’re not high on the priority list at the moment. Maybe they’ll jump up a bit when the new Gloomspite book is released.
As with the Maggotkin, I’ve tracked this project on Pile of Potential. Here’s my summary, and a link to the gallery page:

Adding photos to the gallery often feels like the final stage in the lifecycle of a project. I still find myself undecided on what comes next, but I daresay I’ll settle on something soon.

Awesome set of Squigs! 😀
