Tomorrow, I head south to Inverness for a wee Warhammer tournament. After posting some lists for consideration last week, I settled on a Squig list. Here’s what I’ve ended up with:

Skragrott, The Loonking (210)*
– Lore of the Moonclans: The Hand of Gork
Squigboss with Gnasha-squig (100)*
– General
– Command Trait: The Clammy Hand
– Artefact: The Clammy Cowl
– Aspect of the Champion: Fuelled by Ghurish Rage

10 x Boingrot Bounderz (280)*

12 x Squig Herd (130)*
36 x Squig Herd (390)*
– Reinforced x 2
Units
6 x Sneaky Snufflers (130)
1 x Marshcrawla Sloggoth (150)*
Behemoths
Mangler Squigs (260)*
Core Battalions
*Battle Regiment
Total: 2000 / 2000
Reinforced Units: 4 / 4
Allies: 150 / 400
Wounds: 188
Drops: 2
The list isn’t far off what I’ve been using generally. I don’t think it’s as competitive as it could be. I’d probably be better removing the Mangler Squigs for some Hoppers, but it’s fine. It’ll be fun.
I’m a tad anxious that many of the other lists at this event look a tad more optimised, and I’m particularly iffy about facing off against the Daughters of Khaine list that I’ve drawn to play. It’s Morathi and the snakes. Again.
Ho hum, well see how it goes!

Get rid of those bow snakes, but remember to keep the pressure on Morathi with those 3 wounds per turn. You’ll be fine!
