Following on from the pile of Stabbas that I previously finished, these Shootas have been sitting on my desk for a while. I ended up taking them with me when travelling at the moment, so that I could finally get them done with no distractions.
Mission accomplished!
Doing a batch this big in stages felt a bit slow for a while, with me doing a couple of hours a night over a few days. It wasn’t until the robes, skin, and bases were done that I really felt I was on the way towards completion.
I does feel great to finally have them done, though! In terms of goals, it also ticks a couple of things off the resolutions, finishing up the first of my 3 intended armies for this year (I have now completed over 2k of additional Gitz this year and can field an all-new Moonclan army) and represents a big chunk towards my goal of averaging at least 1 model a day for the year.
Next up will likely be a single model; possibly an Orruk…
