Dungeon Crawl Classics (DCC) is a popular line of RPG adventures and supplements (and a bespoke RPG system) published by Goodman Games. The survivors, if any, might earn the opportunity to advance and become first-level characters with class abilities, but the journey through the funnel is characterized by unpredictability, dark humor, and a sense of camaraderie as players bond over the fate of their hapless and expendable characters. Honestly, this bundle is probably not for me. I’ve written before that the OSR movement towards more vintage roleplaying experiences is not my thing. That doesn’t mean I don’t want to try a funnel; I just don’t need this many of them.
