Completed: Stonehorn Beastriders (500th Miniature of 2023!)

My 500th miniature of the year is done! These Stonehorn Beastriders are are also the second to last model that I need to complete to finish up a usable 2,000 points of Ogors. I actually already have 2,000 points complete, but it feels disingenuous to say the army is done when it’s a list that I’d never actually use, y’know? 6 Yhetees and 8 cats? Nah, pal.

I like the monsters, like my Frostlord that I finished up last week. This week, I’m hoping to finish two Stonehorn Beastriders minis. The first one was finished off on Sunday evening:

There are actually a couple of wee issues in those pictures that I’ve since fixed. They don’t look quite as good and coherent as the Frostlord, but that’s fine; they still look nice in their own right.

My next set of Stonehorn Beastriders will hopefully be finished tonight for sharing tomorrow. We’ll see. This will be the last miniature to finish my resolutions for the year, so I’m excited to get it done.
