Back onto the Skaven! I’ve finished up one of the bigger models in the form of this ratty chap. The Verminlord Corruptor was a model I was nervous about building. It looked spindly. it actually ended up being a really nice build. The only tricky bit of attaching him to the base. The actual model was easy.
I painted him up in yellow and green to match the rest of the army as it stands;
He was quite fun to paint. The colours are, for me, quite muted. I stuck with the yellow and green. I stuck with the fur colour and the skin. I stuck with the bronze. For the knives, I used the greenish metal of The Army Painter’s Aztec Gold Speedpaint.
Next up, I need to prepare and prime the next 20 Plague Monks, along with another character and the Gnawhole terrain pieces.
