Completed: Empire Flagellants

Even more Empiremans! Flagellants are the devoted – some might say crazed – followers of Sigmar who throw themselves into battle against the foul powers who would defile His lands. They are naturally drawn to devout leaders like Heinrich Volkmarsson, the Warrior Priest at the head of my army.

Here are 10 completed Flagellants, built with STLs from Titan Forge Miniatures:

Not bad, eh? These were an absolute joy to paint. I love the miniatures and had a blast painting them. They were also very quick to paint, with is always a bonus.

I’d actually have wanted a bigger unit of these guys. A group of 20 is what I want, but I went with 10 just now because the larger unit isn’t legal in a 1,000 point army. I’ll return to them with I come to expand in the future.

These 10 miniatures represent the Empire portion of my July Slow Grow commitments, and the end of my units for the Empire part of this challenge. As I mentioned previously, I’ll be doing some more characters, just to bring the army up to 1,000 points, so I’ll hopefully be able to finish and share them very soon! In the meantime, I’m delighted to have finished up this half of the challenge.
