The old D&D video games from the Baldur’s Gate/Neverwinter Nights era are all just absolute bangers. My favourites were probably Baldur’s Gate II and the original Neverwinter Nights. Both just became such staples for me; I was all about them.
Humble Bundle have a good offer on the go just for those wishing to experience them, or to return to them. it features a number of the enhanced edition ofr the D&D games, plus a bunch of Pathfinder games and Roue Trader, all for just £27.07. Here are the full and complete contents of the bundle:

Oh, this is so good! If I didn’t have most of it, and certainly the games that I was to actually play from the bundle, I’d be all over this.
Of the D&D games, Neverwinter Nights has probably aged the worst, graphics-wise, just because of the 3D graphics, but it’s still a solid game with loads of content. I also love the customisation/design tools that come with it. They resulted in so many amazing fan-made mods, and are really intuitive to use at a basic level, though obviously scripted events are a lot more involved.
The Baldur’s Gate series is great, and both games hold up well, especially ith the refreshed graphics from the enhanced editions. I also really loved Icewind Dale, though I found that game to be a lot more lethal to my characters. Maybe the cold did bother them, after all?
Planescape: Torment is also considered a classic. I actually never finished it. I started a playthrough at the start of the summer, but I never went back to it. I probably should. It’s such a great setting.
I’m told that the Pathfinder games are really good, but I’ve not tried them. They do seem to hit the same spots that the old D&D games did, which is a big plus.
Yeah, this bundle is absolutely excellent. Go buy it.
