Northern Knights August Painting Challenge

I’ve not been posting all of our painting challenges this year. I probably should,m as I’ve been delighted with what people have come up with. Last month, the Northern Knights (our local club) have been working away at some elites. The guidance was pretty loose, but anything that wasn’t the most basic of troops. I’m sure there’s a justification somewhere for the Genestealers!

Good stuff, eh? We’ve got a good bunch at the club. In the end, entry E won. You probably guessed that from the header. Entry F came second. That was mine! I’d hoped to get something new finished, but the month rather got away from me and I ended up putting in my Pusgoyle Blightlords. Third place went to entry A. I really liked that set, especially the leader. The monkeys are also cool, of course!

As an aside, I think it says a lot about the fantastic direction the club is taking at the moment that the majority of these were Age of Sigmar miniatures.
