We seem to have fallen a little out of sync with our club painting challenges. The August deadline ended up being last Thursday. Oh, well! The theme was “elites”. Honestly, we’d have taken most things. The categories are pretty flexible.
Here are the offerings that were presented for the judgment of our members on Thursday:
Good stuff, eh? Gundam, both in miniature and card form, is having a bit of a moment at the club, so I wasn’t surprised to see them represented here.
It was a close thing across the board, and I was delighted to bag a second place with my Ashes and Dust. The overall winner for this challenge was this lovely set of Deathwing Terminators:
A deserving winner!
Next time, we’re looking for character miniatures.
