Now, let’s take a look at what sort of progress was made in March.

March Roundup: Painting

It’s been another quiet month on the painting front. I focused on more RPG miniatures in March.

I started with a trio of groups. Namely, these were some Riders, some Centaurs, and some fly… guys? Here they are:

I’m pretty happy with these, really. They certainly make the RPG table that little bit more interesting.

I then did some characters. These were some fairytale-themed ladies, including Alice, Snow White and the Witch:

These are, again, from the Heroes Infinite line from Raging Heroes. I’ve got a little handful of fighters to paint and I can call this RPG project finished.

I feel that I’m still on track towards that target of 200 complete miniatures! Here were the totals for the end of last month:

  • Purchased: 0
  • Painted: 45

With the various RPG miniatures finished this month, here are the additions for March:

  • Purchased: 0
  • Painted: 13

By coincidence, this number is exactly the same as February’s. And then, through mathemagical means, the updated totals become:

  • Purchased: 0
  • Painted: 58

Next up, I don’t really know what to do next, but I’d like to get some units done.

March Roundup: Gaming

The goal for this year, as with last year, is to play 30 different games. Here are the games played up to the start of this month:

  1. Magic: the Gathering (Commander)
  2. Dungeons & Dragons
  3. Viscounts of the West Kingdom
  4. Burrows & Badgers

This month, I have added no new games to the list

I’ve not had a huge amount of time this month, and when I have had time, I’ve gone with the path of least resistance and chucked some deck boxes into the car. Commander has therefore been my main game.

Effort must be made going forward! I’ve got a game of Age of Sigmar scheduled for this week, which is a great start.

March Roundup: Writing

With a mix of short and long posts, I once again managed a fair few posts over my goal of one per day. That total includes a handful of reviews:

Still got a fair few reviews sitting in the queue, waiting to be posted.

Here were my other wordier posts for March:

As an aside, I’ve also continued to post on Every so often, I’ve been sharing a poem on here if I’m particularly satisfied with it.
