The third edition of Age of Sigmar really made endless spells worth taking. Before this edition, I found it really hard to care about them. They felt gimmicky and I just didn’t want to use them. Now, I like taking endless spells. I’m not working through them at any speed, but rather just painting up the ones I want to use as and when I want to use them. Previously, I’ve painted up a Purple Sun, and another trio of spells. This time, it’s Ravenak’s Gnashing Jaws.
The model for this spell is very simple, but very striking. I really like it.

In terms of basing, I’ve ben basing my spells based on the army with which I reckon I’m most likely to use the spell. As such, this model is on the desert bases favoured by my destruction forces. I think I’ll use it with my Gitz, and possibly my Sons of Behemat.
