Monte Cook Games created the much-acclaimed Numenara, the first implementation of their Cypher system. The thing is, and this is much to my chagrin, nobody wants to play anything that isn’t D&D. So, in addition to their Numenara line, they have a 5E line to go alongside it. Being a Monte Cook Games production, the artwork is stunning, and the range is well thought-through.
Now, there’s a Bundle of Holding on the go! Like some other recent bundles, this is a single-tier offering. For $17.95, you get the following five items:

I love a setting that combines magic and technology. It’s one of the reason I’ve always loved the Final Fantasy series, and JRPGs in general. I can’t tell you a huge amount about this range. I’ve featured them in previous instalments of 5 on Friday, where they’ve caught my eye.
Whilst Arcana of the Anicents lays the foundation for the setting, and Where the Machines Wait gives you a cool mega-adventure to dive into, the best bit of this is the gorgeously-illustrated bestiary, Beasts of Flesh and Steel.
Beneath the Monolith brings the world of Numenara more generally into 5E, whilst Jade Colossus is a Numenara adventure that is presented here with a 5E conversion guide.
What I love about this bundle is that it’s simple, and that every item is useful. No padding with tiny PDFs, free items repackaged to give the illusion of value, or PDF copies of GM screens. Yeah, this is a solid bundle that gives good value.
