Completed: Another 20 Plague Monks

Having shared 20 completed Plague Monks a few days ago, I have since managed to prime and paint another 20. They’re done in the same scheme as the rest of my Pestilens units that have been completed thus far.

Here are the finished minis:

I’m not sure they’ve come out quite as well as the first ones, but they’re alright. Given that they only took two evenings to paint, the age of the minis, and the fact that they were very much salvaged pieces… I’m happy with them.

This brings me to 40 Plague Monks out of the 60 I want to do just now. The last batch of miniatures I primed is nearly done, with only a Verminlord left to do. Once that’s done, I’ll need to do another 20 Plague Monks, some censer Bearers, and characters.

The next batch of Plague Monks are, again, salvaged. Their staves have been embellished with other bits that I’m sure their previous owner found cool, but I find busy and cluttered. Still, let’s make the most of it, eh?
