Fiasco is one of my favourite games, and I have a real fondness for improvisational comedy (improv). Thomas Middleditch and Ben Schwartz produced a series of long form improv specials which were released on Netflix back in 2020.
I really enjoyed them, but they immediately felt a lot like the games of Fiasco I had been playing over lockdown. The tone is quite madcap, but with a good attention to detail and attempts at continuity. It was a fun comparison, and one which I felt compelled to write about.
