I wasn’t really that excited for this miniature. It looked boring to me, and I did not think I would enjoy painting it. It turned out, though, that there was more to the mini than I expected and it was actually a lot of fun.
I painted it up in my customary Irn Bru colours:
I debated doing the coins on the banner in bronze, and I did initially, but it just looks better all blue. I kept it that way.
He might actually be one of my favourites in the army so far, for all of his simplicity.
