We’ve been over my love of Triple Triad many times. The game is simple, yet interesting. The websites I played on had fantastic communities. I also loved making custom cards and decks.
One of my favourite projects in which I was not directly involved was one that never ultimately materialised. Triple Triad Realms was to merge Triple Triad with RPG and story elements to create an experience that was quite different from what, at that point, had come before. Now, there are other similar offerings, with plenty of card-based RPGs being made.
What I particularly loved was the design of the cards. The templates that were made for this deck were an early example of custom templates in our community, but they hold up better than most others. I really love both the sample cards and the templates that let me build my own custom cards.
