Completed: Wizard’s Tower

As I mentioned last week, I was working on this Wizard’s Tower as part of a review of a drybrushing set. I’ve not managed to finish anything since October, so it felt really good to be able to tick this off my list as complete.

It was 3D printed a couple of year ago, back when my FDM printer was in a usable state. I like the idea of going back to FDM printing, but I don’t think it will be an immediate priority.

Here’s the finished piece:

Usually, I’d set up finished miniatures in a lightbox, but this one is just too big! I also included a couple of familiar wizards for a sense of scale. They’re 28mm minis.

Most of this was drybrushing, of course, and it was a lot of fun to do. I’m hoping to follow up with some actual minis soon; probably Malifaux ones. As it stands, this brings my complete models this year to 1! We’re on the board!
