Completed: Harengon Ranger

Something a bit different today on the painting front; a Harengon Ranger! This was printed up as a present for a friend to represent their D&D character from our ongoing Feywild campaign.

I printed up the miniature using an STL from Epic Miniatures:

I had a small misprint on the arrow, so I ended up grabbing an arrowhead from some Tzeentch Skyfires and cutting it down a little to better fit the size of this mini. It’s not quite right, but it’s what I had to hand. I then spent about 40 minutes on the painting, and then based it up with some static grass and flowers:

The blue was chosen because I know that the player likes this piece of Harengon artwork that features on the Feywild DM screen:

Striking, innit?

I’m actually happy with this wee guy. I need to do this more often; just doing a random mini for the fun of it. Even better when they’re made as gifts!
